Privacy Policy

This site does not sell anything directly or process payments — it does not use a shopping cart, and it does not store payment information. This policy covers the two ways this site collects personal information: the contact form (handled through Netlify) and the email updates signup (handled through Kit, formerly ConvertKit) — two separate, independent forms.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. When you sign up for email updates, we collect only your email address. We don't collect anything else about you through this site — no accounts, no shopping data, no payment details.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your message. Email updates signups are used only to send you occasional news about new artwork — a separate, opt-in list you're never added to just by contacting us. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for advertising purposes.

Netlify Forms

The contact form is processed by Netlify, our website host, and submissions are delivered privately to us — they are never displayed publicly on the site. Netlify's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data on our behalf; you can read it at netlify.com/privacy.

Kit (ConvertKit)

Email updates signups are processed and stored by Kit, our email service provider. Kit's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data on our behalf — you can read it at kit.com/privacy. Every email you receive includes an unsubscribe link.

Third-party links

This site links out to a separate print fulfillment partner for purchasing prints and accessories, and to social media platforms. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies — we're not responsible for how they handle your information once you leave this site.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in any email. To ask us to delete information you've submitted through the contact form, or if you have any other questions about this policy, reach out through our contact form.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
